With a strong foundation in product development, merchandising, and cross-functional leadership, she has consistently delivered results in fast-paced, dynamic retail environments.
Currently a Senior Brand Manager at Amazon Fashion, Luwam owns P&L responsibility for major brand partnerships, overseeing everything from product strategies to marketing and operations for key fashion categories.
Prior to Amazon, Luwam held senior buying roles at rag & bone and Guess, where she led product strategy, managed multi-million dollar portfolios, and partnered cross-functionally to drive sales and brand growth in both physical retail and e-commerce. She launched her career as a fashion stylist and went on to hold roles in merchandising and buying at Gap Inc. and Aéropostale, where she developed a strong analytical foundation and a passion for global market expansion.
Luwam holds an MBA in Fashion Management and Entrepreneurship from LIM College. She brings a deep commitment to mentoring, sustainability, and community engagement through organizations like BRAG, New York Cares, Dress for Success, and ReFashion Week NYC.
