Karimi Fondaumiere works at the intersection of leadership, psychology, and organisational change, helping senior leaders navigate complexity, shift mindsets, and lead with purpose. With over 15 years’ experience across consulting, entrepreneurship, and executive leadership, she brings deep expertise in strategy, culture, leadership development, and inclusion.
Her work focuses on enabling the mindset shifts that unlock adaptive, resilient leadership, particularly in contexts of growth, disruption, or cultural change. She has led high-impact projects across Africa and beyond, including transformation programmes in financial services, large-scale culture change in mining, and strategic leadership interventions for UN agencies.
Karimi is Managing Director of SPRK, a consulting group delivering strategy and leadership solutions across EMEA. Her previous roles include CEO of two consulting businesses, where she led successful turnarounds and scaled entrepreneur development initiatives.
A regular speaker on topics such as trust, psychological safety, women in leadership, and adaptive change, Karimi also serves on education and healthcare boards. She is a certified coaching and Enneagram practitioner and holds an MBA from UCT’s Graduate School of Business, where she specialised in social innovation and leadership.
